Description

A tropical delight of chicken wings with sweet mango and spicy notes, perfect for gatherings.


Ingrédients

ÉCHELLE
  • 1 kg d’ailes de poulet
  • 200 g de mangue ou 100 ml de purée de mangue
  • 1 cuillère à soupe de sauce pimentée
  • 1 cuillère à soupe de miel
  • 1 cuillère à soupe d’huile
  • 1 cuillère à café de sel
  • 1 cuillère à café de poivre
  • Coriandre (optionnelle pour la décoration)

Préparation

  1. Rinse those wings: Start by giving the chicken wings a quick rinse and then pat them dry.
  2. Smash that mango until you turn it into a purée. If you’ve got a blender, go ahead and put it on a spin!
  3. In your purée, stir in the hot sauce, honey, oil, salt, and pepper until it’s all mixed up and homogeneous.
  4. Coat those wings in the mango sauce goodness and let them chill out for about 10 minutes.
  5. Crank up the oven to 200°C (400°F) and slap some parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  6. Lay out those wings on the baking sheet but don’t let them cuddle—give them space!
  7. Pop those bad boys in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  8. Serve these wings hot and sprinkle some fresh coriander on top for that fancy touch.

Notes

Letting the wings marinate for just 10 minutes makes a significant difference in flavor.
