Description
A tropical delight of chicken wings with sweet mango and spicy notes, perfect for gatherings.
- Rinse those wings: Start by giving the chicken wings a quick rinse and then pat them dry.
- Smash that mango until you turn it into a purée. If you’ve got a blender, go ahead and put it on a spin!
- In your purée, stir in the hot sauce, honey, oil, salt, and pepper until it’s all mixed up and homogeneous.
- Coat those wings in the mango sauce goodness and let them chill out for about 10 minutes.
- Crank up the oven to 200°C (400°F) and slap some parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Lay out those wings on the baking sheet but don’t let them cuddle—give them space!
- Pop those bad boys in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Serve these wings hot and sprinkle some fresh coriander on top for that fancy touch.
Notes
Letting the wings marinate for just 10 minutes makes a significant difference in flavor.
