Ingrédients

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 4 chicken thighs, skinless
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (for sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Préparation

  1. Mix maple syrup with lemon juice and zest. Add chicken thighs and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Prepare three shallow dishes: flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs with seasoning and paprika in the third. Coat chicken in flour, then eggs, and finally breadcrumbs.
  4. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. For the sauce, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, maple syrup, and garlic.
