- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 4 chicken thighs, skinless
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (for sauce)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Préparation
- Mix maple syrup with lemon juice and zest. Add chicken thighs and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare three shallow dishes: flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs with seasoning and paprika in the third. Coat chicken in flour, then eggs, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden and crispy.
- For the sauce, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, maple syrup, and garlic.
