- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Préparation
- Cut the watermelon into thick triangles and remove the seeds.
- Mix honey, lemon juice, and sugar (if using) in a small bowl, adding a pinch of salt.
- Preheat the barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Grill the watermelon pieces for 2-3 minutes per side until grill marks appear.
- Brush the watermelon pieces with the honey mixture during cooking, allowing it to caramelize slightly for about 1 minute.
- Serve on a plate, drizzling with additional honey and garnish with mint if desired.
