Description

A creamy, comforting dish of pasta enveloped in Boursin cheese, accompanied by crunchy broccoli, perfect for cozy nights.


Ingrédients

ÉCHELLE
  • 1 package Boursin cheese (basil and chive)
  • 1 lb Gemelli pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cubed cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup 15% cream

Préparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Place Boursin cheese in the center of a large baking dish.
  3. Surround the Boursin with pasta, garlic, cubed cheese, and broccoli.
  4. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the top.
  5. In a bowl, mix the broth, crushed red pepper flakes, paprika, pepper, and salt; pour over pasta and veggies without disturbing the Boursin.
  6. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, stirring gently after 15 minutes.
  7. After 30 minutes, remove the cover, add shredded cheese and cream, and gently mix with the Boursin.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and bubbling.

Notes

Feel free to substitute broccoli with spinach or cauliflower. For a fun twist, use star-shaped pasta or add fresh herbs like basil or oregano.
