Ingrédients

- 1 package Boursin cheese (basil and chive)
- 1 lb Gemelli pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cubed cheddar cheese
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup 15% cream
Préparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place Boursin cheese in the center of a large baking dish.
- Surround the Boursin with pasta, garlic, cubed cheese, and broccoli.
- Drizzle olive oil evenly over the top.
- In a bowl, mix the broth, crushed red pepper flakes, paprika, pepper, and salt; pour over pasta and veggies without disturbing the Boursin.
- Cover with a lid or aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, stirring gently after 15 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the cover, add shredded cheese and cream, and gently mix with the Boursin.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Notes
Feel free to substitute broccoli with spinach or cauliflower. For a fun twist, use star-shaped pasta or add fresh herbs like basil or oregano.
