Description

Ingrédients

ÉCHELLE
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or cherries)

Préparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, yogurt, zest, juice, and oil until smooth.
  4. Incorporate the wet mixture into the dry mixture without overmixing.
  5. Gently fold in the berries.
  6. Pour the batter into muffin tins, filling about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

These muffins can be stored in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days. They can also be frozen for later enjoyment.
