Ingrédients

- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or cherries)
Préparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, yogurt, zest, juice, and oil until smooth.
- Incorporate the wet mixture into the dry mixture without overmixing.
- Gently fold in the berries.
- Pour the batter into muffin tins, filling about two-thirds full.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
These muffins can be stored in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days. They can also be frozen for later enjoyment.
