Description

Delicious energy balls made with Medjool dates, almonds, and oats, perfect for a healthy snack or pre-workout boost.


Ingrédients

ÉCHELLE
  • 15 to 20 Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup almonds (or nuts of choice)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Préparation

  1. Blend all ingredients (except the coconut) in a food processor until a dough forms.
  2. Shape small portions of the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  3. Roll balls in the unsweetened coconut flakes.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Store the chilled balls in the fridge to keep them fresh.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different nuts or sweeteners. These energy balls are great for meal prep and can be frozen for later.
