Description

A vibrant and refreshing salad featuring roasted beets, creamy feta, crunchy nuts, and a tangy dressing.


Ingrédients

ÉCHELLE
  • 4 to 5 Betteraves cuites (cooked beets), cubed
  • 150 g Feta, crumbled
  • A handful of Noix (nuts), roughly chopped
  • Fresh basil leaves (or parsley), for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Huile d’olive (olive oil)
  • 1 tablespoon Vinaigre (vinegar, preferably balsamic)
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Préparation

  1. Cut the beets into even cubes.
  2. Crumble the feta roughly with your hands.
  3. Chop the nuts coarsely.
  4. Mix the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the vinaigrette.
  5. Add the beets, feta, and nuts to a salad bowl, then pour the vinaigrette and gently mix.
  6. Top with fresh basil leaves for added flair.

Notes
