Ingrédients
ÉCHELLE
- 4 to 5 Betteraves cuites (cooked beets), cubed
- 150 g Feta, crumbled
- A handful of Noix (nuts), roughly chopped
- Fresh basil leaves (or parsley), for garnish
- 2 tablespoons Huile d’olive (olive oil)
- 1 tablespoon Vinaigre (vinegar, preferably balsamic)
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Préparation
- Cut the beets into even cubes.
- Crumble the feta roughly with your hands.
- Chop the nuts coarsely.
- Mix the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the vinaigrette.
- Add the beets, feta, and nuts to a salad bowl, then pour the vinaigrette and gently mix.
- Top with fresh basil leaves for added flair.
Notes
