- 1 filet de saumon (ou de truite) d’environ 1 lbs
- 1 c. soupe de sirop d’érable
- 1 c. thé d’épices à steak
- Aneth frais (facultatif)
- Citron (facultatif)
Préparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and place the rack in the center.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the salmon flesh with maple syrup.
- Sprinkle the steak spices generously over the salmon.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
Be careful not to overcook the salmon to avoid drying it out. You can substitute dill with other herbs like rosemary or parsley if needed.
