Delicious and flavorful sticky orange chicken drumsticks that will elevate your cooking game.
Ingrédients

- 8 drumsticks
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- For the glaze:
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground mustard
- 1 minced garlic clove
Préparation
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a large Ziploc bag or dish. Add the drumsticks and coat well.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out the drumsticks. Season with a bit of pepper and a pinch of salt.
- Bake for 45 minutes to allow the chicken to absorb all the flavors.
- Remove from oven and brush with half of the glaze. Return to oven for an additional 15 minutes.
- Prepare the glaze by combining all glaze ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then simmer until reduced by 1/3.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate overnight if possible. You can substitute mustard with honey and balsamic vinegar with lemon juice if needed.
