Description

A delicious and unique combination of tacos and pasta all made in one pot. Perfect for a quick and impressive meal.


Ingrédients

ÉCHELLE
  • 1 lb (454 g) ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 3½ tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cups (500 ml) water
  • 1 cup (250 ml) salsa
  • 2½ cups (225 g) pasta
  • 1½ cups (175 g) Monterey Jack cheese

Préparation

  1. Preheat a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Drain excess fat from the pot.
  4. Add taco seasoning, water, salsa, and pasta; stir to combine.
  5. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to simmer for about 15 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in cheese until melted.
  7. Season to taste and serve with your choice of toppings.

Notes

Customize with vegetables or spicy jalapeños. This dish can be made ahead and reheated or frozen for later.
