A delicious and unique combination of tacos and pasta all made in one pot. Perfect for a quick and impressive meal.
Ingrédients
ÉCHELLE
- 1 lb (454 g) ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 3½ tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 cups (500 ml) water
- 1 cup (250 ml) salsa
- 2½ cups (225 g) pasta
- 1½ cups (175 g) Monterey Jack cheese
Préparation
- Preheat a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
- Drain excess fat from the pot.
- Add taco seasoning, water, salsa, and pasta; stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to simmer for about 15 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
- Remove from heat, stir in cheese until melted.
- Season to taste and serve with your choice of toppings.
Notes
Customize with vegetables or spicy jalapeños. This dish can be made ahead and reheated or frozen for later.
