Description
Delicious and easy-to-make vegan chocolate truffles that can be customized with different flavors.
Ingrédients

- 200 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 100 ml coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon vegan margarine or melted vegan butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- Cocoa powder or chocolate chips (for coating)
Préparation
- Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it gently using a double boiler or microwave, being careful not to burn it.
- Heat the coconut cream until warm (do not boil), then add it to the melted chocolate and mix until smooth.
- Add the maple syrup and melted margarine, mixing well until creamy and shiny.
- Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt, mixing thoroughly.
- Allow the ganache to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- Take small amounts of ganache and form balls with your hands or use molds.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or chocolate chips for coating.
- Refrigerate the truffles again for about 30 minutes to set.
