Description

Delicious and easy-to-make vegan chocolate truffles that can be customized with different flavors.


Ingrédients

ÉCHELLE
  • 200 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 100 ml coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon vegan margarine or melted vegan butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • Cocoa powder or chocolate chips (for coating)

Préparation

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it gently using a double boiler or microwave, being careful not to burn it.
  2. Heat the coconut cream until warm (do not boil), then add it to the melted chocolate and mix until smooth.
  3. Add the maple syrup and melted margarine, mixing well until creamy and shiny.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Allow the ganache to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  6. Take small amounts of ganache and form balls with your hands or use molds.
  7. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or chocolate chips for coating.
  8. Refrigerate the truffles again for about 30 minutes to set.
