Description

A delightful dessert featuring caramelized bananas, creamy vanilla ice cream, sweet honey, and crunchy nuts.


Ingrédients

ÉCHELLE
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of honey (or caramel)
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped nuts or hazelnuts
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
  • 1 knob of butter (optional)

Préparation

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into thick slices.
  2. Melt a knob of butter in a skillet, add the banana slices, and sprinkle lightly with sugar. Allow to brown for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Arrange the browned bananas in a plate or cup.
  4. Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream on top.
  5. Drizzle with honey (or caramel) and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
