Description

Ingrédients

  • 50 g de sucre
  • 500 ml de lait entier
  • 100 g de chocolat noir

Préparation

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat, warming it without boiling.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
  3. Mix the sugar with a bit of warm milk until dissolved.
  4. Incorporate this mixture into the remaining warm milk.
  5. Add the melted chocolate and stir until silky smooth.
  6. Pour into ramekins and let cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
