Ingrédients

- 2 cups (500 mL) Bisquick mix
- 1 tablespoon (15 mL) granulated sugar
- 1 cup (250 mL) milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon (5 mL) liquid red food coloring
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
- Sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Préparation
- In a large bowl, combine Bisquick mix, sugar, milk, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
- Divide the batter into two bowls. Add red food coloring to one bowl.
- Heat a skillet to medium (375 °F/190 °C) and lightly oil if necessary.
- For each crepe, pour 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the batter onto the hot surface. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form. Flip and cook the other side.
- Cut each hot crepe into heart shapes (or any shape you like) and top with powdered sugar and sprinkles.
Notes
Avoid over-mixing the batter and ensure the skillet is adequately heated to prevent soggy crepes.
