Description

Delicious and colorful crepes perfect for breakfast or dessert, bringing joy and nostalgia to your table.

Ingrédients

ÉCHELLE
  • 2 cups (500 mL) Bisquick mix
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mL) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup (250 mL) milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mL) liquid red food coloring
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
  • Sprinkles for decoration (optional)

Préparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine Bisquick mix, sugar, milk, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Divide the batter into two bowls. Add red food coloring to one bowl.
  3. Heat a skillet to medium (375 °F/190 °C) and lightly oil if necessary.
  4. For each crepe, pour 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the batter onto the hot surface. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form. Flip and cook the other side.
  5. Cut each hot crepe into heart shapes (or any shape you like) and top with powdered sugar and sprinkles.

Notes

Avoid over-mixing the batter and ensure the skillet is adequately heated to prevent soggy crepes.
