Description

Succulent chicken thighs marinated in sweet maple syrup and tangy balsamic vinegar for a flavor explosion.

Ingrédients

ÉCHELLE
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

Préparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine your maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, and ginger. Whisk it well!
  2. Plop the chicken thighs into the marinade, ensuring a good coating. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill and grill the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. While grilling, pour leftover marinade into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Then simmer for about 20 minutes to make a sauce.
  5. Serve the grilled chicken thighs drizzled with the maple sauce. Enjoy!

Notes

Ensure to marinate for the full time for the best flavor. You can also bake the chicken at 400°F instead of grilling.
