Description

Ingrédients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 450 g ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 680 g marinara sauce
  • 425 g ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Préparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  6. In a baking dish, layer meat sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, finishing with remaining meat sauce and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Allowing the lasagna to cool is crucial for cleaner slices. You can prepare it a day in advance and refrigerate for even better flavor.
