Description

Savourez une délicieuse lasagne, un plat qui transporte en Italie avec ses couches de pâtes, viande, sauce tomate et béchamel.


Ingrédients

ÉCHELLE
  • Lasagne sheets
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 800 g canned peeled tomatoes
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g flour
  • 500 ml whole milk
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozerella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh or dried basil
  • Oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • A pinch of nutmeg

Préparation

  1. Heat a bit of olive oil in a large skillet. Add the minced beef and cook until browned.
  2. Incorporate the chopped onion and crushed garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the canned tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, oregano, and fresh basil. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the butter in a separate saucepan. Once melted, add the flour to make a smooth roux.
  5. Gradually incorporate the milk while stirring. Let it thicken over medium heat, adding a pinch of salt and nutmeg for flavor.
  6. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  7. Layer a portion of the meat sauce, followed by lasagna sheets, béchamel, and mozzarella in a baking dish. Repeat until ingredients are used up, finishing with béchamel and parmesan.
  8. Bake for about 40 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Letting the lasagna rest before serving makes it easier to cut and eat.
