Description
Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with melting cheese, smothered in marinara sauce, and served over spaghetti for a comforting dinner experience.
Ingrédients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 package spaghetti (500 g)
- 1 jar commercial spaghetti sauce (24 oz)
- 1 can tomato sauce (580 ml)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Garlic butter
- Salt and pepper
- Crushed red pepper
- Italian seasoning
Préparation
- Cut the chicken breasts in half to create a pocket.
- Generously coat the inside of the chicken with garlic butter.
- Close the chicken, ensuring the sides meet.
- Sear the chicken on both sides in a hot skillet until golden brown.
- Keep the chicken warm while preparing the rest.
- In a baking dish, pour the tomato sauce and place the chicken in it. Add diced sweet potatoes around the chicken.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 75 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
- Heat the spaghetti sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Once everything is ready, serve the stuffed chicken with spaghetti and top with sauce.
Notes
Feel free to substitute the sweet potato for carrots or broccoli, and add Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
