Ingrédients

- 150 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 80 ml milk
- 50 ml olive oil
- 80 g pitted black olives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Préparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the olive oil and milk until combined.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder gradually while stirring.
- Add the chopped olives, basil, salt, and pepper, and mix until smooth.
- Fill the madeleine molds three-quarters full with the mixture.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until slightly golden.
- Store madeleines in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
