Description

Ingrédients

ÉCHELLE
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 ml milk
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 80 g pitted black olives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Préparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the olive oil and milk until combined.
  3. Sift in the flour and baking powder gradually while stirring.
  4. Add the chopped olives, basil, salt, and pepper, and mix until smooth.
  5. Fill the madeleine molds three-quarters full with the mixture.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until slightly golden.
  7. Store madeleines in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
