Description

Savory keto spaghetti sauce that combines rich flavors without sacrificing your diet.


Ingrédients

ÉCHELLE
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 796 ml diced tomatoes
  • 156 ml tomato paste
  • 400 ml coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 tbsp tamari sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp erythritol
  • 1 tbsp coarse salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Black pepper to taste

Préparation

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter and olive oil together.
  2. Add the minced garlic and garlic powder, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, coconut cream, and remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.
  5. Allow to simmer over medium-low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.

Notes

For a twist, add black olives or adjust spices to your liking.
