Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 796 ml diced tomatoes
- 156 ml tomato paste
- 400 ml coconut cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 3 tbsp tamari sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp erythritol
- 1 tbsp coarse salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Black pepper to taste
Préparation
- In a large pot, melt the butter and olive oil together.
- Add the minced garlic and garlic powder, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, coconut cream, and remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.
- Allow to simmer over medium-low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.
Notes
For a twist, add black olives or adjust spices to your liking.
